Our Roads Taken

a couple that sets out to explore europe for 3 months, leave their cats behind, and create the best memories.

Our last stop today was at the ancient burial mound, Newgrange. This 5,000 year old site is older than the great pyramids in Giza and Stonehenge. It is also the oldest historical site that you can walk into.

The Newgrange burial mound concludes our site seeing in Ireland and our three month trip around Europe.
We head to the airport in the morning for our last day of traveling.

The Hill of Tara, the ancient seat of the High Kings of Ireland. From here you can see 3/4ths of Ireland

Back in Belfast we got some fancy burgers at the market; Matt got a wild boar burger with caramelized onions, and I got a Brie and cranberry sauce burger. YUM
